About Michael -

Michael began his journey in carpentry in 2004, developing his skills while renovating and building beautiful, multimillion-dollar Craftsman-style homes with Dyer Construction & Renovations in Central Oregon. After relocating to Northwest Louisiana to be closer to family, he established his own construction and renovation company in 2009, gaining valuable experience in the region’s distinctive building styles and techniques.

In 2014, a former client recruited Michael back into the international logistics industry to open and operate a Pacific Northwest location. Although he enjoyed a successful corporate career, he continued to miss working with his hands, creating beautiful spaces, and serving his local community.

When his family made their final move to Durango in 2021, Michael returned to the work he loved. He developed relationships with local builders and suppliers and quickly became known for his fine, artisan-style tile setting—a much-needed specialty in the area. Since then, he has built a respected business serving homeowners, developers, and commercial builders with professionalism, creativity, thoughtful problem-solving, and genuine care.

In 2026, Michael chose to devote himself full-time to serving the communities of Southwest Colorado. Drawing upon more than two decades of experience in custom homebuilding, carpentry, tile setting, construction, and renovations, he approaches every project with skilled craftsmanship, integrity, and close attention to detail.
